Note: All prices are in Canadian funds and subject to applicable taxes. Cancellation Policy: All requests for changes/cancellations must be initiated by the parent/guardian and must be made in writing by email to registrar@campmuskoka.com. Cancellations on or before April 15 - full refund less an admin fee of $150 (plus HST) per camper, per week of camp Cancellations after April 15 – NO REFUND, except for Medical Reasons* accompanied by a doctor’s note. Medical Reasons – Cancellations/Withdrawal from camp for medical reasons will receive a refund of 50% prorated refund based on the time remaining in the camper’s stay per camper, per week of camp. No refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary actions, for late arrivals or for early departures. Once the Summer Camp season starts, all staff resources are focused on the campers and staff on-site. All refunds will be processed once our summer camp season is complete. Any applicable refunds will be processed in September and applied to the card used to pay. If that payment method is no longer valid, a refund will be issued via email money transfer, or the credit can be transferred to another camp season. MMR Vaccination Requirement - Campers are required to provide proof of two doses of the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination prior to arriving at camp. While Camp Muskoka is not requiring vaccination itself, documentation of vaccination must be submitted. If proof is not provided before arrival, it will be understood that the camper’s guardians acknowledge and accept that, in the event of a suspected case of measles at camp, their child will be sent home to isolate for 21 days. Refunds will not be issued in this circumstance.
