Cancellation Policy
All prices are in Canadian funds and subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy: All requests for changes/cancellations must be initiated by the parent/guardian and must be made in writing by email to registrar@campmuskoka.com. Cancellations on or before April 15 — full refund less an admin fee of $150 (plus HST) per camper, per week of camp. Cancellations after April 15 — NO REFUND, except for Medical Reasons accompanied by a doctor's note.
Medical Reasons: Cancellations/withdrawal from camp for medical reasons will receive a 50% prorated refund based on the time remaining in the camper's stay, per camper, per week of camp. No refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary actions, or for late arrivals or early departures.
Once the Summer Camp season starts, all staff resources are focused on the campers and staff on-site. All refunds will be processed once our summer camp season is complete. Applicable refunds will be processed in September and applied to the card used to pay. If that payment method is no longer valid, a refund will be issued via e-transfer, or the credit can be transferred to another camp season.
