At Camp Muskoka, the
hiring, training, and maintaining of a caring and nurturing staff is an integral part of our foundation. We seek out individuals who lead by example, who treat people and the environment around them with respect. The management team of Camp Muskoka consists of teachers, educational instructors, healthcare consultants and camp professionals who work year round to plan, organize and prepare
for the summer camp season. Our
counseling staff are 18 years of age and are complimented by a crew of C.I.T.’s (Counselors-In-Training) who are 17 years of age. All staff possess current First Aid and C.P.R. certificates and undergo a thorough screening process which includes references and a police record check.

Most staff are seasoned campers themselves and understand the importance of their role within the camp community. Camp Muskoka boasts an intimate community
setting with a camper to counselor ratio of 4:1, ensuring individual attention and guidance.
