R e g i s t r a t i o n

  • Please complete a separate Application 2009 (Available Soon)  for each camper.
  • Select a first and second (alternative) choice of session. If we cannot accommodate either your first or second choice, we will contact you by telephone as soon as possible. Once an application has been processed, additional information will be emailed to the camper's family. Included in this package will be a confirmation of enrollment, a suggested list of what to bring, a detailed map on how to get to Camp Muskoka and other relevant details.
  • Any campers wishing to room together must be the same gender, close in age, and be named on each others applications. We cannot guarantee cabin requests unless the aforementioned criteria is met and the campers names appear on each others application with identical spelling.
  • Any family sending 2 or more siblings is entitled to our family discount. The first camper pays the full fee, additional siblings may deduct $25 per week registered. 
  • All campers applications must be accompanied by the required deposit to secure enrollment. 
  • Payment may be made by cheque, money order, Visa, or MasterCard payable to "Camp Muskoka". In addition to your deposit, please include a cheque for the balance of all fees, postdated to April 15th.

THE BALANCE OF THE CAMP FEES ARE DUE APRIL 15TH*
*Early Birds are required to have balance of fees paid in full by February 15th

Please Note:' Pre-Season Registration Discounts', 'Early Bird Registration Discounts' and 'Family Discounts' are discounts contingent upon final payment being received by April 15th. Any applicable discounts and promotions will be forfeited and the standard fees will be charged on all summer camp registrations if the final payment is not received by April 15th.

Registration applications received after April 15th will be accepted based on availability, provided they are accompanied by payment in full.

Income Tax Note: Camp fees are tax deductible as a child care expense. Please contact your accountant for details. 

 

MEDICAL INFORMATION:

Please make sure that your child's application has all of the medical information that we will need in order for us to give your child proper care at camp. It is important to disclose to the camp all relevant medical history. If required, please make sure to supply the camp with sufficient medication for your child's entire stay. All medications are to be left with the Camp Director upon arrival at camp. All medications are locked in the camp infirmary and are administered at the times specified. Certain medications, such as puffers and Epi-pens, can be left with your child, however, we do need to be informed.

 

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Option A. Register by telephone - Please call 1-888-734-CAMP Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and our Registrar will be pleased to reserve your Camp Muskoka vacation over the telephone. Please have your Visa or Mastercard on hand.

Option B. Register by mail - Please download, print and complete the Registration Application in full and send it to Camp Muskoka. When sending your registration application, please enclose your deposit and cheque for the balance owing as noted above.
