P a r e n t ' s C o r n e r NOTICE TO ALL 2008 SUMMER CAMP FAMILIES: Re: Listeriosis Outbreak - Maple Leaf Meats
To all
concerned campers and camper parents, Camp Muskoka has internally
reviewed the list of flagged items as well as confirmed with all food
suppliers and our local board of Health and can confirm that the
tainted list of products are not products that
were offered by Camp Muskoka. Our Executive Chef is working
closely with suppliers and local health department to insure that any
further products that are added to the recall list, are reviewed
against stock to insure that Camp Muskoka remains free of any
contaminants.
Camp
Muskoka is concerned about the welfare of our Campers and would like
to assure our families that we are monitoring this outbreak closely.
