Camp Muskoka is located seven kilometers east of Hwy 11 in Bracebridge, Ontario — in the heart of beautiful Muskoka, approximately 90 minutes north of Toronto. Our prime location offers the best of both worlds; all the amenities of town (including a full service hospital just minutes away) with all the privacy of the wilderness.
Our 400 acre property boasts lush mixed hardwood and softwood forests, wetlands, three private lakes, streams, private island, and an abundance of wildlife. A beach volleyball court, an archery range, a low ropes course and a mud pit are just some of the features that have been added to this pristine wilderness.
The facilities of Camp Muskoka are set in the centre of our beautiful forest, home to many native species including moose, deer, fishers, beavers, wolves, lynx and numerous varieties of birds.
Pine Hall is our primary gathering place. This 7,500 square foot log building sits on a hilltop overlooking beautiful Cougar Lake. It is equipped with a large dining hall and a full service kitchen. The main washrooms are also located in Pine Hall and are fully modern with private showers and an ample supply of hot and cold running water.
Camp Muskoka is fortunate to have our very own private lake. Named after our mascot, Cougar Lake is one kilometer long, covering nearly 50 acres. This pristine body of water is quite shallow, offering swimmers very comfortable water
temperatures all summer long.
